Graduate Certificate in Online Teaching 15 credits

This certificate program is designed for educators desiring to develop and/or teach online courses for K-12 students. When taking the five online courses in sequence, the student builds an expertise in course design, evaluation of student learning, facilitating and communicating in an online environment, and developing an online course. Individual courses are also available for educators, professionals, alumni, and others who want to learn or reinforce online teaching.

This certificate program may be used as a specialization to fulfill some of the requirements for the M.Ed. Individually Designed Program for Educators and the M.Ed. in Educational Technology.

Program Prerequisite: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
