Returned Checks

The university automatically re-deposits returned checks received for payment of a student account. A $50 returned check fee is charged to the student account if the check is returned after the re-deposit attempt. The University may require future payments be made by certified check or money order. If a check is returned due to a bank error, a letter from the bank would allow us to accept personal checks, and the returned check fee may be removed.
