CPSYC 4451 Seminar in Holistic Psychology

This capstone course provides a comprehensive and critical examination and integration of the major theories and practices of holistic psychology. Utilizing the perspectives of mind, body and spirit, the historical antecedents of holism, and contemporary research in psychology, students will examine the inter connections among contemporary theories and practices within holistic psychology. Each student will design and lead a seminar session, complete an integrative paper on a selected topic and participate in the design, implementation and evaluation of a group project. NOTE: Students must achieve a minimum grade of C" to fulfill the requirements of the major."
