CHUMS 3420 Technology & Power in Post World War II Film & Literature

Technology & Power in Post World War II Film & Literature explores ways new post WWII technologies, and technologically-related climate change and natural disasters, have transformed some basic conceptions of the self and society in the modern era, as reflected in film, literature, and in the writing of social critics and other intellectuals who attempt to define the impact of new technological forms on the social and private lives of individuals in the late 20th, early 21st century.
