CMATH 2140 Discrete Mathematics
This course is intended to introduce students to discrete mathematics and its importance in today's world. It is especially relevant for those planning to teach middle and high school mathematics. Topics include set theory, logic, introduction to proof, combinatorics, probability, and graph theory. Other possible additional topics include voting methods and theory, fair division, models for population growth, linear programming.

CMATH 1009 or CMATH 1010 or consent of instructor
