This 12-credit graduate certificate prepares literacy coaches, teacher leaders, and administrators to lead meaningful school improvement. Designed by the Center for Literacy Teaching and Instructional Leadership, this program builds your expertise in literacy coaching, shared leadership, and cultivating a culture of professional learning.
Participants must have access to a school or district setting to apply course concepts in real-world contexts—fostering authentic, job-embedded learning and impact.
Prerequisites:
– Master’s degree in education, literacy, or a related field or
– Bachelor’s degree in education with at least five years of teaching experience
