Holistic Psychology Minor

The Holistic minor provides a foundational education in holistic approaches to mental health and well-being, grounded in the concept that mind, body, culture, and spirit are integrally connected.

Restriction: This minor is not available to psychology majors specializing in holistic psychology. The minor is available to all other psychology and non-psychology majors.
