Art History - Minor

The Minor in Art History provides students with a greater understanding of the historic and theoretical context of contemporary visual culture.

All students must take two required courses (6 credits) and 3 credits in a non-Eurocentric art subject toward the 21 required credits total.

LA+D students must take a discipline-specific art history course listed below and 9 additional credits of Art History electives at the 3000 level or above to earn the required 21 credits. CLAS students must take 12 additional credits of Art History electives at the 3000 level or above to earn the required 21 credits.
