Student Accounts Office
The Student Accounts Office is where students from all income levels receive assistance in navigating and managing the costs associated with getting an education at Lesley University. Responsibilities of this department include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing detailed invoices and student account assistance regarding tuition and fee charges associated with their account
- Managing payment options and plans
- Processing vouchers and miscellaneous payments
- Facilitating and managing health insurance plans to ensure all full-and three-quarter-time on-campus students are meeting state requirements
- Reimbursing refunds for overpaid accounts
- Administering billing for third-party agencies.
- Posting debits and credits to student accounts
During our office hours, The Support Hub is available to answer any questions regarding the charges or credits applied to a student’s account.

11:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
*During semester-based Add/Drop periods our office hours are: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
