Dispute of a Charge
Students who want to dispute a charge on their student account statement should submit a ticket through The Support Hub, support.lesley.edu, within 60 days of the bill on which the charge appeared. The Support Hub will research the dispute and contact the student with an explanation within 30 days of receipt of the support ticket.
Students should provide the following information in their correspondence:
- Their full name and Lesley I.D. number
- The dollar amount of the charge
- A description of the charge and explanation on why they believe there is an error. If they need more information, describe the item they are unsure about.
Please Note: Late payment fee disputes will be considered for review for the current semester only. Late payment fee disputes from past semesters will not be considered.
