IGAME 3702 Sound Synthesis

This sound design course surveys tools and techniques for creating sounds through synthesized means and processes. Numerous synthesis techniques and procedures will be covered such as subtractive, FM, wavetable, additive, granular, and physical modeling, as well as sampling and signal processing with effects. Students will use these tools for advanced sound and music production.
